Cancellations & Policies

Payment & Cancellation Policy:

  • Deposit: 50% deposit by Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover
    Money Orders and Checks for deposits only need to be received at least 2 weeks before arrival.
    $35.00 fee charged for bank fee on returned checks.
  • Balance:  Upon arrival you will have to provide your payment information for the balance before Check In.
  • 2 Weeks Before Scheduled Arrival: If cancellation is made prior to 2 weeks of your scheduled arrival date a refund of your deposit less a 10% processing fee will be issued.
  • Less then 2 Weeks Before Scheduled Arrival: Cancellations made in less then 2 weeks of scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of total deposit, unless the room(s) can be re-rented at which time a refund of your deposit less a 10% processing fee will be issued
  • One Week Before Scheduled Arrival:  Cancellations made within one week of schedule arrival date will result in payment in full for reserved room(s), unless the room(s) can be re-rented at which time a refund of total price less a 10% processing fee will be issued. 
  • Cancellation of More then One Room: Cancellation of parties of more then one room or more require a 30 day notice to receive a refund of your deposit less a 10% processing fee. Less than 30 days of schedule arrival date will result in payment in full for entire party. If we are able to re-rent the rooms a refund will be issued at a per room basis less a 10% processing fee
  • 10% processing fee = 10% of entire room rate
  • Refunds:  All refunds are issued in the form in which they were received.
  • No refunds for early departures or no shows.
